Florence studied at l'Académie de Danse Vanessa Feuillatte in Bordeaux and the Dance School of Scotland in Glasgow before completing her degree at Central School of Ballet in London, where she graduated with First Class Honours in Professional Dance and Performance.
She completed the 2025/26 season at the Acosta Advanced Training Hub +18 and toured as a junior guest artist in Acosta Danza's Nutcracker in Havana, choreographed by Carlos Acosta. Her performance credits include soloist roles in Dickson Mbi's Rise, Thick & Tight's Keeping Up with the Apocalypse (Ballet Central), and CoLab by Maleek Washington as part of Scottish Ballet's Youth Exchange with MOVE|NYC. Her ballet repertoire also includes Sir Frederick Ashton's Foyer de Danse and Kristen McNally's FEAST.
Most recently, Florence performed in the short dance film Between the Gears, directed by Shi Yi, which premiered at BFI Southbank in July 2026. She joined Eliot Smith Dance as a Dancer in summer 2026 and will make her company debut in Eliot Smith's PITMAN in autumn 2026.
